- V. Prices
All prices offered on the website are in euros and are valid only at the time of their publication. The Company reserves the right to change them at any time without notice. The prices offered are final and include corresponding taxes and fees. The price of the goods does not include the shipping price of the products. This price is mentioned separately during the order -and before its confirmation- and amounts to € 3.90 for each order up to 3 kg as well as an additional € 2.00 for each additional kilo that will be paid by card or bank deposit. For sending a product with cash on delivery payment, the amount of € 2.50 is added to the above amount. The products are transported and delivered to you by our partners from the courier company (courier) Elta Courier within 6 working days from the confirmation of the order unless they are products that are in pre-order.
The price of the goods does not include the shipping price of the products.
- VI.Orders
Only registered users who have previously accepted the terms of use can place an order. The user can pay the amount of the ordered products, using one of the options in the Cart for delivery and payment. The user receives along with his goods, an invoice available with the ordered products, indicating the selling prices and the cost of delivery. The user can ask questions related to online payment by bank card at the customer service center of the bank – card issuer. It is especially important for the user to consult the bank that issues the card, if he wants to pay with a Maestro debit card, for which the bank has different code usage rules that replace the CVV2 code.
The company gives an electronic invoice (hereinafter e-invoice), in which the products you have ordered are listed, their price and the price of the shipment. By accepting these terms of use the user agrees to receive an e-invoice in his own profile.
VIII. Order-process (distance selling contract)
Only registered users who have previously accepted the terms of use can place an order.
The order that binds the customer (user) is considered to have been concluded from the moment of confirmation of the specific order by the Company and this happens when the customer clicks the relevant “Order” icon.
Before the completion of the transaction (order) will be displayed the total amount related to the order along with shipping costs etc and any other costs required to place the order until the delivery of the product to the customer.
When placing the order, the customer receives a confirmation via email that his order has been accepted.
The Company is not responsible for non-fulfillment of the order in cases where the user has reported inaccurate, incomplete and / or inaccurate personal data, as well as when he has reported incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect address or contact phone number.
It is the user’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their username and password. IX. Delivery of ordered products
The delivery of the ordered products through the online store is done by courier.
Deliveries are made only in the geographical territory of Greece. Upon delivery, the recipient signs a receipt for the goods sent by the transceiver, which certifies the correct execution of the order.
